The Concierge Physician is a multilingual Medical Doctor who is fully licensed in Mexico. They are authorized by MedNow Resources to conduct virtual consultations through a secure mobile app, issue prescriptions and coordinate healthcare provision by third-party providers.
Is there a minimum amount of days that I must subscribe to ?
You can choose a minimum of 7 consecutive days. Many of our Customers choose to pre-pay a whole month (at a 15% discount) - a great option for those on a long vacation. Now we also offer a yearly subscription plan (at a 25% discount) for temporary/permanent residents of Mexico !
Do your plans really offer unlimited medical visits ?
Absolutely ! Your personal Concierge Physician will be available to answer any health-related questions you may have. In order to ensure fair access for all Users, we limit video / telephone conversations to 15 minutes per week. All text (secure chat / email) communication is unlimited, and so are prescriptions !
What are the billing options ? Is there a money back guarantee ?

Is your service meant to replace health insurance ?
No. MedNow Resources offers a secure communication platform between the Customer and a licensed English-speaking physician. By no means it is meant to replace health insurance. MedNow Resources is NOT an insurance company, and we are NOT affiliated with any insurance companies.
If MedNow Resources isn't an insurance company, then what benefits do you offer ?
Insurance billing and reimbursement for services rendered abroad can be very tricky. Not to mention costly deductibles and language barriers. Our multilingual physicians are here to help you navigate the foreign healthcare system, prevent/diagnose/treat common illnesses, write the necessary prescriptions and help with referrals in case you need one.
Does the Primary Care Physician get a commission for referrals ?
No. We have a strict no-commission policy, in order to ensure you the best ethical care. Thanks to the fact that we base our centralized model of care on pre-existing partnerships, our Customers are able to save time and money.
Can I verify the educational credentials of my Concierge Physician ?
Of course. Upon subscribing you will receive a welcome email with your assigned Doctor's credentials and contact information. Please click here and you will be directed to a website maintained by the Federal Government of Mexico. Enter your Provider's full name in order to see their license status, medical school and year of graduation.
Do you offer family discounts ?
Yes ! You can now add direct family members at a 10% discounted rate (valid only at time of initial purchase).
Will the same provider be available throughout my subscription ?
We do our best efforts to accommodate Customer requests and to ensure continuity of care. However, due to our Doctors' busy schedules, we may be forced to change your Provider. But don't worry - your Case Manager will ensure a seamless transfer of care.
Can I continue using your services when I return to my home country ?
Unfortunately, no. In order to comply with strict licensing and insurance requirements, MedNow Resources' services are only meant to be received within the territory of Mexico. But stay tuned !
